By the local bus: From Ba Be lakeshore look for a motorbike taxi at 6.00 a.m to go to Cho Ra. From Cho Ra you take the bus goes to Phu Thong. Then take another bus go directly to Cao Bang city or Ban Gioc waterfall.

Ban Gioc waterfall and Nguom Ngao cave 95km from the city. You can go there by the local bus or rent motorbike from Cao Bang city.
